Machine Operator — Slitting / CTL
Operate and monitor precision slitting and cut-to-length lines, set up coils, adjust tooling, and ensure output meets dimensional tolerance. A hands-on role at the heart of RIW's processing floor, working with imported German and Herr Voss machinery.
- Set up and run slitting / CTL lines to specification
- Monitor strip width, length and edge quality
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic upkeep
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with coil processing machinery
- Attention to detail and safety discipline
Quality Inspector
Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspection across supply, processing and Solar MMS output. Verify MTC, dimensional tolerance, flatness and coating, and maintain traceability records that keep RIW's quality consistent at scale.
- MTC verification and batch traceability
- Dimensional, flatness and coating checks
- Pre-dispatch clearance and record keeping
- Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy preferred
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Precise, methodical and documentation-oriented
Solar MMS Production Engineer
Oversee roll forming, punching and fabrication of module mounting structures under the RARE brand. Plan production against project MW, ensure dimensional accuracy of purlins, rafters and posts, and drive timely execution for EPC and solar customers.
- Plan and supervise Solar MMS production
- Ensure dimensional accuracy of formed sections
- Coordinate with quality and dispatch teams
- B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in roll forming / fabrication
- Understanding of solar structure BOQs
Sales & Enquiry Executive
Handle supply, processing and Solar MMS enquiries end to end — understand customer requirements, coordinate feasibility with production and quality, and convert enquiries into orders while building lasting industrial relationships.
- Respond to and qualify customer enquiries
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
- Coordinate feasibility with internal teams
- Graduate; steel / manufacturing background a plus
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Customer-first, target-driven mindset
